Universal Research Inc. develops several free plagiarism checking tools which would be just fine if they were not used for the purpose of essay service promotion. You can not be 100% sure that after you check your paper in the plag tracker it won’t be saved and used afterwards by essay writing company.
Universal Research Inc. has done good job providing numerous fake reviews for their sites, so basically when you google it, you see only positive customers’ feedback. However, essayscam.org won’t lie and one of the unsatisfied customers provides a more or less relevant review of one of the company websites: the deadlines are clearly not met (I’ve paid for the 3 days service and 3 days later, nothing is done yet.) and quality of work is poor (‘my puppy could`ve done a better job’)
Let’s see if any of these is true.
Obviously the site was designed back in the 90s or Universal Research Inc. tried to make it old school. But it is the least user friendly website we’ve seen so far. Numerous ads, pop ups, lists and buttons makes it impossible to concentrate (not to mention the vigorous green color). The one thing is true — once you see the site you will never forget it.
The order form is filled in one step, but in several scrolls because you have to fill out your personal information, order details and count the price to proceed to payment. In personal info you have to specify country code and mobile phone. Order details include type of document, urgency, subject, topic, type of writer, number of pages, level.
Tricky thing! There are 3 types of writers — any specialist, ESL premium and ENL premium. ENL premium costs +10% to your order price. It is interesting that you can’t choose ENL regular though. Another weird thing is that you can choose the Preferred language style which is US writer or UK writer. However if you don’t choose the ENL writer, this option really doesn’t make sense.
Order description is a required field here. You may not have specific requirements but you still have to fill that field to proceed to payment.
What was really weird for us is that you can check the option Night calls allowed. Why would you like to discuss essay details with support representative AT NIGHT?
Finally, if you have the patience to get to the end of the order form you will see the final cost and proceed to the payment option.

When the order is complete you get a notification and can see it in your admin panel. You can download the document right away or ask for revision. The admin panel is so not user friendly that it is hard to find order information and the options which you are allowed to perform.
The quality of paper is low. Obviously the paper was written by non-native speaker who can’t even write United States properly. We’ve found grammar mistakes — namely wrong use of articles and poor sentence structures (e.g. “progress in the number of women in the region” — see the sample Before Revision)
Of course, we’ve asked for revision. And the outcome was really surprising.
It took them several days to upload the paper and we were really surprised that Universal Research Inc. uploaded absolutely different paper. We’ve tried to contact support and ask why the paper was completely changed. We’ve clicked the live chat and got to the sales department. After we’ve wasted almost 10 minutes speaking to the sales representative, they expained us we have to go for another support representative. Because of the poor website functioning we’ve got to the right person in 10 min and tried to explain the point. But the support representative had even worse English than the writer and instead of answering the questions about why our order was absolutely changed after revisions, he just kept offering us another revision. That was just a waste of time, as he seemed to not understand the problem and when asked about nationality claimed that he’s American.
Tricky thing — when you contact support they ask you to confirm your account with full name, phone number and billing address. Why would they ask you a billing addrees if your question is not connected with payment at all?
